We offer our clients Call With ANY Question Support — please contact us with any and all questions, not just with technical issues. You'll find our Support Team is dedicated to providing EXCELLENT service to our clients.

CaseMap, TimeMap, NoteMap, TextMap and DepPrep support is provided by staff members in our Ponte Vedra Beach development office. 

Telephone support is available at 800-543-6862, Option 2, then Option 4 from 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET Monday through Friday. You can also submit questions to us via e-mail at casesoft.support@lexisnexis.com.

We also offer a number of ways to learn more about how to use CaseMap, One-on-one Phone trainings, and our online Webinar Center.

Each CaseMap license includes a live, 60-minute, no-charge phone training session taught by a member of the LexisNexis CaseMap Distance Learning and Support Team. Please email us at casesoft.support@lexisnexis.com to schedule a phone training.

The CaseMap Fundamentals webinar series teaches the key features you'll want to know to get up and rolling with CaseMap. Six brief webinars, most under 12 minutes long, make up this "Basics" course. They're all available 24/7 so you can take them at your convenience.
